Immunity Booster
As there are diseases that we are struggling to find cure for, this is a very good booster for our own immunity to protect against various diseases.
Ingredients:
Preparation:
Boil all these herbs in 3 cups of water, on low heat, till it reduces to half. Strain and drink like a hot beverage with Honey, Lemon, Brown Sugar as per your taste.
Dosage:
Adults:
When healthy can drink one cup on alternate days, when sick with flue/cough, chest congestion, etc. can drink one - twice a day depending upon condition

Skin Lotion / Moisturizer
Mix well, three parts of Rose water and one part of Glycerine.
Apply before going to bed, Worst skin cracks will heal in 2-3 days. Can be used for paper cuts, dry skin, hard skin, etc.
Note: Preferably keep mixture in a glass container.

For Injuries
A- Medium External Injuries (Twisted ankle, knee, wrist, etc.)
-Some Turmeric powder (this is a yellow powder used in cooking) - about 1/2 tea spoon
-Pour some Mustard Oil -About 1/8th teaspoon. The intent is to keep the mixture hard like pizza dough.
-If no cuts/wounds, add a couple of pinches of table salt (Himalayan Salt is better)
Put this mixture on medium heat till turmeric colour changes becomes dark-brown to black
Let it cool a bit and add Egg-White about the same amount as the mixture (We don't want to get egg-white cooked)
Now put and spread this mixture on a shrink-wrap to cover the affected area. Put it on the affected area and wrap as firmly as you can without blocking blood flow and keep warm. Leave for overnight, then make a fresh one.
B- Mostly for Internal, but can be used for severe external injuries
If injuries are internal, Allah (God) forbid, slip/accident etc. then we use this. Turmeric-Milk (Golden Milk) has many other health benefits as well, like sleep disorders, etc.
- 1.5 cup of milk
- About 1/8 teaspoon of Fresh Turmeric or its Powder let it boil on medium heat till it reduces to 1.0 cup
- Add liquid honey and drink once in the morning and once before sleeping.
(Should drink while it is as hot as one can drink)
To enhance its flavour / taste, you may add other herbs like, green cardamom, fennel seeds, cinnamon, star anise, mint, clove, etc.
C- Mild external injuries (Muscle Pulled/Strained)
Olive oil massage of the affected area helps softening and makes muscle more flexibility.
Additionally
Allah has put this quality in animals that our body parts get strengthened with the same body part of the animals. This is one of the saying of the final prophet Mohammad (Peace be upon him). We do that a lot. One thing I would humbly suggest is to eat from the animals that Allah has made permissible to eat and preferably Halal/Kosher compliance meat.
The alternative medicine practitioners in our country highly recommend soup of goat's neck or cow's tail. They also recommend to keep the injured part warm and not applying ice/cold water.

An organic herbal mixture for issues with our Digestive System
For issues like, indigestion, upset stomach, nausea, food poising, stomach sickness, etc.
Dosage:
If you do not use most of these ingredients in your regular food, then adults can have 1/4 teaspoon, with a couple of sips of warm water. Children can take a thick pinch.
If you use most of these ingredients in you regular food, then adults can have 1/2 teaspoon and children can have 1/4 teaspoon with a couple of sips of warm water.
